A dedicated management team oversees daily operations and routine maintenance.

Washers and Dryers Initiative: Saving Residents’ Coins 

Through donations, we’ve been able to replace the pay-per-use laundries in several communities with community-owned, free-to-operate washers and dryers—and we look to eventually replace them all. Residents on tight budgets can appreciate this simplicity for their clothes clean.

• Common area decorations, such as artwork for the walls, table clothes for community rooms, and window coverings 
• Patio furniture 
• Ping pong table 
• Resident barbecue

Donations to Community Housing can be made by selecting a suggested giving level or by customizing the amount of the gift.
